Introduction

Hey everyone!

This is the first official post of healthycollegehabit’s blog. We will be using this main page to give you updates and to post general information. As you can see above, there are sub-pages and this is where the bulk of our posts will go. They’re pretty self-explanatory, but if you’re looking for new exercise routines, click the exercise tab and the same can be said for recipes and inspiration.

Allyson and I are going to make our first individual posts later on today, so make sure to keep an eye out for them!

We are both excited for this project and hope to impact as many people’s lives as we can with the information provided.
